Terms and conditions

A seat in a live 5-day online bootcamp that I, Saba Samir Shaikh, teach myself, plus one year of access to the session recordings, the downloadable resources and the private student community, and a certificate of completion if you meet the criteria in clause 4.

Sessions are delivered online in Hindi mixed with English. No coding is required and none is taught.

Saba AI Academy provides practical AI education, live cohorts and instructional materials. Nothing in the course, the resources or the community is professional, legal, financial, tax or medical advice, and it is not a substitute for it.

We teach the workflows and give you the templates. We do not promise any income, any client, any job or any specific result. What you get out of it depends on your own work and on conditions we do not control.

Any figures you see from past students are their results, not a forecast of yours.

To be issued a certificate of completion you need to:

• attend at least 80% of the live sessions,
• submit all daily homework, and
• submit the final project.

Every certificate carries an ID that anyone can check at the verification page. We may revoke a certificate issued in error or obtained dishonestly; a revoked certificate keeps its URL and reports that it was withdrawn.

Your seat is for one person. Sharing your login, the recordings, the resources or the community access with anyone else ends your access without a refund.

Keep your password to yourself. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has got into your account.

The curriculum, recordings, prompts, templates and worksheets belong to Saba AI Academy. You may use them for your own work and your own clients. You may not resell them, republish them, or teach them as your own course.

The work you make in class is yours. We may show it as an example only if you say yes.

The student community is moderated. Spam, selling, harassment, and sharing paid material outside the group get you removed from the community. Serious cases end course access without a refund.

If a live session has to move, we will tell you on WhatsApp and in your dashboard and run it at the new time. If we cancel a batch outright and cannot offer you a place in the next one, you get a full refund.

To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid for your seat. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost business.

These terms are governed by the law of India, and the courts at Jalgaon, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
