Welcome to Saba AI Academy.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, student dashboard, live classes, recordings, digital resources, communities, certificates and educational programs, including the AI Productivity & Income Bootcamp.
Saba AI Academy is operated by Mrs. Saba Samir Shaikh, Founder and AI Implementation Coach.
By visiting our website, submitting an enquiry, registering for a program, creating a student account or completing a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not purchase or use our services.
1. Our Services
Saba AI Academy provides practical education and implementation guidance related to artificial intelligence, productivity, digital skills, content creation, freelancing, career development and business applications.
The AI Productivity & Income Bootcamp may include:
• Five live online classes
• Practical implementation activities
• Bootcamp recordings
• Downloadable learning resources
• AI prompt libraries
• Homework and final projects
• Student dashboard access
• Community support
• Biweekly live question and answer sessions
• Certificate eligibility
• Promotional bonuses mentioned on the sales page
The exact program details will be displayed on the applicable enrolment or checkout page.
2. Eligibility
You must provide accurate and complete information while enrolling.
If you are under 18 years old, you may enrol only with the knowledge and consent of your parent or legal guardian.
We may refuse, suspend or cancel an enrolment if false, fraudulent, incomplete or misleading information is provided.
3. Student Account
You may be required to create a student account using your name, email address and mobile number.
You are responsible for:
• Providing correct registration information
• Keeping your login details confidential
• Using your account only for personal learning
• Informing us about suspected unauthorised access
• Keeping your registered contact information updated
One enrolment is valid for one student only.
You may not share, sell, transfer or distribute your student login details.
4. Live Classes
Live classes may be conducted through Zoom, Google Meet or another suitable online platform.
Class links and announcements may be shared through:
• Registered email address
• Student dashboard
• WhatsApp community
• Telegram channel
• Other official academy channels
Students are responsible for:
• Joining classes on time
• Maintaining a suitable internet connection
• Using a compatible device
• Completing implementation tasks
• Checking official announcements
• Maintaining respectful classroom behaviour
A class may be rescheduled because of illness, technical issues, platform outages, emergencies or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Students will be informed about any reasonable schedule change.
Missing a live class does not qualify for a refund.
5. Recordings and One-Year Access
Students receive access to eligible bootcamp recordings, learning resources and the student dashboard for one year unless a different period is clearly mentioned before payment.
The one-year access period begins from the date course access is activated.
After the access period ends:
• Student login access may be disabled
• Recordings may no longer be available
• Resources may no longer be accessible
• Community support may end
• Access will not be automatically extended
Students should complete the program and download permitted resources during their active access period.
Unauthorised downloading, recording or copying of protected videos is prohibited.
6. Community Support
Eligible students may receive one year of community support from their course activation date.
Community support may include:
• Class announcements
• Live class links
• Homework instructions
• Learning resources
• Recording updates
• Biweekly live question and answer sessions
• General implementation support
Community support does not include unlimited private coaching, done-for-you services or guaranteed immediate personal responses.
7. Payments and Pricing
Payments may be processed through Razorpay or another authorised payment provider.
The final amount displayed on the checkout page will be the applicable amount for that transaction.
Promotional prices, bonuses and discounts may be available for a limited period.
A payment is considered successful only after confirmation is received from the payment provider.
Saba AI Academy will never ask you to share your:
• UPI PIN
• Card PIN
• CVV
• Banking password
• OTP
• Complete card details
8. Refund and Cancellation Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable once course access has been provided or the live batch has commenced.
No refund, partial refund, cancellation, credit, transfer or price adjustment will be provided because of:
• Change of mind
• Failure to attend live classes
• Personal or professional schedule conflicts
• Failure to access or use available resources
• Failure to watch the recordings
• Failure to complete homework or the final project
• Failure to qualify for the certificate
• Dissatisfaction after receiving course access
• Internet, electricity, device or software problems on the student’s side
• Failure to achieve a particular income, career or business result
A verified duplicate payment, payment-processing error, complete non-delivery of the purchased service, cancellation of the entire program by Saba AI Academy without a reasonable alternative, or any remedy required under applicable law will be reviewed separately.
Enrolment cannot be transferred to another person, program or batch unless Saba AI Academy provides written permission.

9. Certificate Eligibility
Payment alone does not guarantee a certificate.
To qualify for the Certificate of Completion, students must:
• Attend at least 80% of the live classes
• Complete all required homework
• Submit the final implementation project
• Follow the academy’s conduct requirements
Certificates may contain:
• Student name
• Completion date
• Batch information
• Unique certificate ID
Students are responsible for submitting the correct name before certificate generation.
The certificate recognises course completion and practical participation. It is not a university degree, government licence, professional licence or employment qualification.
10. Bonuses and Third-Party Tools
Programs may include bonuses, eBooks, templates, prompts, tool demonstrations or third-party access.
Third-party tools may include ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, NotebookLM, Canva, Zoom, WhatsApp, Telegram, Google Drive and similar services.
These services are controlled by their respective providers.
Their features, prices, limits, policies and availability may change without notice.
Unless clearly promised before payment:
• Paid third-party subscriptions are not included
• Third-party service availability is not guaranteed
• Students must follow the provider’s terms
• Bonuses remain subject to lawful availability and eligibility
• A suitable alternative may be demonstrated when a tool becomes unavailable
Saba AI Academy is not responsible for third-party outages, restrictions, account suspensions, pricing changes or policy changes.
11. Educational and Income Disclaimer
All programs are provided for educational and implementation purposes.
Saba AI Academy does not guarantee:
• Employment
• Freelancing clients
• Business revenue
• Social media growth
• YouTube views or subscribers
• Passive income
• A fixed amount of earnings
• Promotion or career advancement
• Success from using a specific AI tool
Results depend on the student’s effort, experience, communication, implementation, consistency and market conditions.
Nothing provided by Saba AI Academy should be considered financial, legal, investment, tax or professional advice.
12. Intellectual Property
All course recordings, presentations, resources, prompts, templates, worksheets, graphics, branding, website copy and teaching materials belong to Saba AI Academy or are used with permission.
Your enrolment provides a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the materials for your own learning.
You may not:
• Resell academy materials
• Share recordings publicly or privately
• Upload content to another platform
• Screen-record protected classes
• Copy the course to create another training program
• Remove academy branding
• Share student login details
• Use protected materials for commercial teaching
Unauthorised use may result in immediate account suspension and appropriate action.
13. Responsible Use of AI
Students must use AI tools responsibly.
Academy guidance may not be used to:
• Create illegal or harmful content
• Impersonate another person without consent
• Violate copyright or privacy rights
• Spread knowingly false information
• Harass, threaten or discriminate
• Create fraudulent documents or claims
• Misrepresent AI-generated work where disclosure is required
Students are responsible for verifying AI-generated information before publishing or acting upon it.
14. Community Conduct
Students must communicate respectfully with trainers, support members and other learners.
The following are prohibited:
• Harassment or abusive language
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Spam or unauthorised promotions
• Unsolicited private messages
• Sharing another learner’s private information
• Sharing protected course content
• Disrupting live classes
• Promoting unrelated products or services
Serious or repeated misconduct may result in removal without refund.
15. Suspension and Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated if a student:
• Shares login credentials
• Copies or distributes academy content
• Makes a fraudulent payment or chargeback
• Harasses students or academy members
• Misuses community access
• Violates applicable law
• Seriously or repeatedly violates these terms
Fraud, piracy, threats or unlawful conduct may result in immediate termination without refund.
16. Technical Availability
We aim to provide reliable access, but uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.
Temporary disruption may occur because of:
• Website maintenance
• Hosting problems
• Internet or electricity failure
• Third-party service outages
• Cybersecurity incidents
• Government restrictions
• Events beyond reasonable control
Where reasonably possible, we will restore the affected service or provide a suitable alternative.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Saba AI Academy will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by:
• Failure to implement the training
• Reliance on unverified AI information
• Loss of access to third-party tools
• Internet, device or software problems
• Unauthorised sharing of login details
• Decisions made using educational content
• Third-party platform changes
Nothing in these terms limits a mandatory statutory right that cannot legally be excluded.
18. Privacy
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Information may be processed for:
• Payment confirmation
• Account creation
• Program delivery
• Student communication
• Attendance and progress tracking
• Certificate generation
• Security
• Legal compliance
19. Changes to Programs or Terms
We may update course content, tools, schedules, bonuses or these terms where reasonably necessary.
Material changes affecting an existing paid enrolment will be communicated through an appropriate official channel.
20. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
The parties should first attempt to resolve concerns through good-faith communication.
Unresolved disputes will be handled by a court or lawful dispute-resolution forum having jurisdiction under applicable Indian law.
